E.C. Lua is an international trainer and consultant, specializing in Six Sigma, Quality Engineering, and Statistical Methods. He has more than 20 years of working experience in consulting, production engineering, quality engineering and management from well known Japanese and American multinational companies. Drawing from his vast experience in various industries and management cultures, he is well known for his ability to effectively implement process improvement and six sigma methodology in different organization cultures.

E.C. regularly conducts courses and provides consulting support to well known organizations such as National Semiconductor, Cisco, Carsem and STATSChipPAC in Asia. For the past 10 years, E.C has trained hundreds of Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts who have delivered great improvement projects saving millions of dollars for National Semiconductor, Ericsson and Dyson. E.C. Lua has extensive experience in the applications of quality engineering and statistical tools in semiconductors, telecommunications and consumer electronics industries.He is the external consultant for Ericsson Supplier Academy in Asia Pacific since 1999.
